Old School Bloom is a flower enhancer. It is best used when your plant is getting ready to flower and can be used up to a when the bloom period begins to wane.
Easy to use weekly, but you can adjust depending on the strength. It is always a good idea to ease into fertilizers - so a good starting point is 2ml in a litre of water once a week - and water your plant as usual. Also, since this is a bloom enhancer so you may want to use an all purpose fertilizer occasionally as well.
