A long storing, purple tomatillo with great taste. This is a landrace population of purple tomatillos bred by our friends at Adaptive Seeds. A landrace is a genetically and physically diverse collection of a domesticated plant that has adapted to a region over time which results in a resilient population that can adapted to harsh conditions. The colour purple is the theme and fruits range from just a hint of purple on green to dark purple skin and fruit. We find it very productive in our fields and tasty in the kitchen.
