Bizhiki Greenhouse Tomato Seeds

Finally a greenhouse tomato with fantastic flavour. Bio-dynamic farmer and seed saving veteran Cory Eichman selected and stabilized this open-pollinated greenhouse tomato. He started with the hybrid Buffalo and selected for taste eventually naming it Bizhiki the Anishnabe word for Buffalo. Uniform, bright red, globe shaped fruits have a diameter of 5-8cm or greater with no cracking. This tomato is an excellent example of farm selected, regionally adapted seed and we are pleased to offer it. Thanks Cory.
